Our Guarantee
Somerset Fine Art demands production of the highest quality. If any Somerset product fails to meet our customer’s standard for quality it may be returned for replacement within 30 days of purchase. If a satisfactory replacement cannot be produced the customer will receive a refund of the full suggested retail price of that product, upon providing proof of purchase. See Returns.
Privacy
We do not sell, lease, or rent our personally identifiable customer information to anyone outside the Somerset House Dealer family. When a sale is made on our Web Site, the Preferred Dealer of the customer's choice is notified of the details of the sale, in order to offer follow-up custom framing and consultative services. When a Preferred Dealer is not selected by a customer, we locate the authorized Somerset House Web Partner Dealer(s) who are closest to the customer, and notify them of the sale details, for the same customer service and follow-up reasons as mentioned above. We use customer information for three general purposes: to fulfill your requests for our products and services, to contact you about specials and new products, and to allow our nearby Dealers to keep you informed of specials they offer.
Although we do not sell, lease or rent personally identifiable information about our customers, Somersethouse.com will not send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people unless: we have your consent to share the information; we need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested; we need to share your information with Somerset House Dealers in your geographical area to provide follow-up services; we need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of Somersethouse.com to provide a product or service to you. (Unless we tell you differently, these companies do not have any right to use the personally identifiable information we provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist you or us.)

Shipping Information |

Domestic Shipping: All (Giclee, Canvas or Print) orders shipped within the Continental U.S. are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified or requested. Domestic Freight rates are automatically calculated by the Web site software for each order. |

International Shipments: All international shipments will be shipped freight, duty, and tax collect.
