The Somerset Fine Art Data File consists of a zip file which contains a comma-delimited, XML file of product data, and product images.
 
Availability
By downloading and using the Somerset Data File, you are signifying that you have read, understand, and agree to the the following:
  • You acknowledge that you are a Dealer of Somerset Fine Art (Somerset House Publishing, Inc.).
  • You know how to use the CSV (Comma-delimited file) and XML data file contained in the download
  • You will not share, rent, sell, loan, or otherwise give the data or images to anyone outside your own Somerset Fine Art Dealership, nor allow the data or images to be displayed on any web site(s) other than your own.
  • You will not use the data or images for any purpose other than commercial applications representing the Somerset Fine Art product line.
  • You agree that it is your responsibility to decide when and how often you will refresh your site's data, so as to keep it up to date with product Availability.
  • You agree that is it not Somerset Fine Art's responsibility to notify you or remind you when to refresh your site's data, and agree that you understand that downloading this data to your computer does not automatically update your site's database.
  • You agree that it is your responsibility to upload the data to your site and test the results of your upload.
  • USE AT YOUR RISK -- You agree by downloading the file that Somerset Fine Art (Somerset House Publishing, Inc.) , is not responsible for any data loss, damage, corruptions or FEE's caused by any using this file or service.
